Quick Clip: Neck Mobility Exercises
Stiff neck from sitting all day? These quick neck mobility exercises will ease tension, improve posture, and help you feel better in minutes, ideal for office and remote workers.
Neck Circles – Slowly roll your head in a gentle circle, first clockwise, then anticlockwise. Great for loosening stiff neck muscles.
Side Stretches – Tilt your head towards one shoulder, hold for a few seconds, then switch sides. Stretches the sides of your neck and traps.
Clockwork Stretches – Imagine your chin is the hand of a clock and gently move your head to each “hour” position. Apply light pressure downwards.
Alternate Rotations – With your elbows bent 90 degrees, face your palms in opposite directions and rotate up and down.
Cat–Cowl – Start on hands and knees with a flat back. Exhale, round your spine, tuck your chin toward your chest. Inhale, arch your back, lift your chest, and look slightly up.
