A vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothie bursting with seasonal berries, hydrating coconut water, and a touch of mint. Perfect for hot summer days when you want something light, cooling, and energising.

Ingredients

200g frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries work well)

1 banana, peeled and sliced

250ml coconut water

100g Greek yoghurt (use plant-based for vegan option)

1tbsp honey (swap to syrup for vegan option)

A handful of fresh mint leaves (plus extra to garnish)

5-8 ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Add the frozen berries, banana, coconut water, yoghurt, honey, mint leaves and ice cubes into a blender.

Step 2

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.

Step 4

Pour into two chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
