Delivery & Returns
We aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably, so you can focus on feeling your best. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our UK-based fulfilment centre, using trusted delivery services.
UK Delivery
We currently only deliver within the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day of receiving it. During busy periods or bank holidays, dispatch can take a little longer as we are a small business, but we’ll always keep you updated once your order is on the move.
Once an order is dispatched, delivery timeframes are usually:
- Royal Mail First Class – 1 to 2 working days
- Free Delivery – 2 to 3 working days
First class shipping costs £4 for orders under £30, and free shipping is available for all orders over £30.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. With our feel good promise, you can return any unopened products for a full refund up to 60 days later.
Changed Your Mind?
You have 60 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
To arrange a return, email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide clear instructions and next steps.
Please note: Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
